new little friend for Josephine

Here is Josephine's new friend, Victoria. She lives upstairs. "The girl-next-door". Comes from a lovely family and they have 2 children who are basically the exact ages of Josephine and Evie. Little Alexander is 3 days older than Evie. They're also from Germany and will be sending Victoria to the same school. What are the chances of that? Wow!
